Kek Coklat

Khas untuk Puan Impiana, ini resepi kek coklat yang saya belum cuba buat lagi tapi penah rasa yang telah siap dibuat oleh puan yang sudi memberi resepi ini kepada saya (Mekasih yer puan..).

KEK COKLAT KUKUS
Bahan-bahan:
1 cawan serbuk koko
1 cawan gula pasir
1 cawan susu cair
1 cawan minyak masak (jika ganti dgn butter cair lagi sedap)
½ cawan susu manis
1 ¼ cawan tepung gandum
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp soda bicarbonate
3 biji telur

Cara :
- Campur koko,gula,susu cair,susu manis dan minyak ke dlm periuk dan masak sebentar atas api kecil sehingga semua larut.
- Tutup api dan biarkan adunan suam.
- Tepung, soda bikarbonat dan baking powder di ayak.
- Telur dipukul kembang dan dicampur dgn campuran koko tadi.
- Gaul rata dan campur tepung.
- Gaul sebati dan tuang dalam acuan dan jangan sampai penuh sebab
nanti adunan naik (tuang dlm 1/2 acuan je).
- Tutup acuan dengan aluminium foil agar tidak masuk wap.
- Kukus selama 1 1/2 jam baru angkat dan sejuk kan .

TOPPING COKLAT
Bahan-bahan:
250 g coklat masakan } potong kecil2
1 sudu besar majerin
130 ml double cream atau whipping cream


Cara :
Didihkan whip cream, tutup api, masukkan coklat n butter,
sejukkan utk pekat or tunggu suam n curah terus atas kek...or masuk mulut sedap jugak.... tak payah susah2 buat kek...cicah dgn biskut kering jer...

Atas Permintaan..

After a year++ meninggalkan dunia blogging ini...atas permintaan kawan2 ku..this blog is officially reopen and I will be blogging in both languages... and maybe a little bit of Japanese occasionally. Bukannya nyer apa..tujuan asal blogging ni dulu nak practice English..so akan ku cuba teruskan usaha murni ku itu.

Kepada Puan Impiana dan Cik Are-qu..baca dan komen kay..ini atas permintaan puan/cik gak tau.. Btw Puan Impiana, sorry la x jumpa la resepi kek tuh..saya akan tingkatkan usaha mencari and Cik Are-qu, jangan tunggu plak blog ni di update hari2 coz as stated before..I like to read other people nyer blog..sendiri update malaih la plak.. so blog ini akan diupdate bila rajin jer k?

Oh..and satu lagi permintaan ku pulak kepada sahabat2 blog ku yang mengenali diri ku ini..tolong jangan guna nama betul saya yer dalam blog anda atau blog saya... saja nak jd mysterious sket..bak kata Dato' CT 'Biarlah Rahsia..'.

After a month...

It took me a month from the last post to finally update my blog. I don't think I am cut out for blogging. I am too lazy to update my blog. The reason this blog exist in the first place is because everybody I know is doing it. Most of my friends has their own blog/journal. After having this blog for awhile, I finally found out that I like to read other people's blog but hate to update my own blog so my friends..this would probably be the last post. Lost Thing...

I lost my watch..the one that was given to me by my mom. Told mom this morning and got scolded for my carelessness. I have just realized that I lost the watch on Sunday. I must have left the watch at the office's toilet on Wednesday when I was taking wudhuk for Zohor prayer since I can still remember wearing it on the bus that morning. I went to PICC for a short course on Thursday and Friday and remembered feeling a bit awkward for not wearing the watch on my wrist and at that time I thought I left the watch somewhere in my room at home. When I really searched for it last night, it was nowhere to be seen. I searched for it at my place at the office this morning but couldn't find it anywhere..so, I must have really left it at the toilet on Wednesday. I asked the cleaner but she said she did not find any watch.. I am really upset about it. I wish I have Hiro's power in Heroes so that I can go back to last Wednesday pickup the watch after the 'me' on Wednesday left it at the toilet..

Sushi and Cakes for Eid Celebration (homemade by me :D)

A very boring day at the office since only 1/5 of the overall staff came to work. Others are still on leave for the Eid celebration. I wish I had brought my phone's memory card reader so that I could upload the picture of my homemade sushi that I have prepared for my brother and sister-in-law's Open House for Eid celebration. Yes..you read it right..SUSHI for EID instead of ketupat. . My nephew loves it so much so I guess I did quite good for a first timer.. ( of course the taste was no where near the professionally prepared sushi by any sushi chef but I am still proud of my hardwork :) ) . Anyway..
