Eclipse

I went to the cinema to watched Eclipse two days ago and the verdict..jeng jeng jeng.. just so-so. I don't recommend it to non Twilight fan. You'll be bored to death by Edward and Bella's romance. However, you get to watch Jacob shirtless most of the time >;-).


I never actually get to finish reading Breaking Dawn so I am giving it another shot. I am now on page 95. Hopefully I will able to finish it by Sunday. I still have three to four more books that are on hold. I used to be able to finished one thick size book (300-600 pages, depends on the font size) overnight but now I usually took about a month to finish up a book. But, I could finish up a Korean drama in a week :-).


Planning on watching All About Marriage tonight from 9 to 11 on KBS World and continue with 2 Days 1 Night from 11 to 12.30 pm and then spend sleepless night reading Breaking Dawn. Doesn't sound like an interesting weekend does it? I've been busy on the previous weekends, going to weddings, meetings and so on, so for this weekend I plan to stay at home and bury myself in books, dramas and movies. I actually prefer spending my weekend like this. If only I had more collections of KDrama, JDrama and someone to do the chores at home and cook for me then it would be a perfect weekend ;-p

Daging Masak Kicap

Ini antara lauk kegemaran saya.. tapi bukan sebarang jenis daging masak kicap yang saya suka. Saya suka yang simple sahaja without rempah ratus (esp kulit kayu manis)..so ini adalah resepi daging masak kicap yang saya suka.

Bahan-bahan:
300 gram daging - potong nipis2 melintang ira yer
2 ulas bawah putih - dimayang
2 ulas bawang merah - dimayang
1 biji bawang besar - potong bulat2
2 biji ubi kentang - potong nipis2 dan goreng dahulu sampai masak
1 tangkai cili hidup - potong serong
Sedikit halia
Kicap lemak masin
Sos tiram
Sedikit minyak masak
Air asam jawa

Cara-cara:
- Panaskan minyak dalam kuali
- Tumis bawang merah, bawang putih dan halia
- Masukkan daging dan goreng sehingga daging tu masak (kalau kering sangat tambah air sikit)
- Masukkan air asam jawa (agak-agak ler)
- Masukkan sedikit sos tiram
- Masukkan kicap agak2 cukup masinnya
- Masukkan bawang besar dan cili hidup
- Bila bawang dah agak2 masak masukkan kentang yang dah digoreng tadi.
- Dah siap.

p/s : Sila modify kuantiti bawang, ikut banyak mana daging nak masak, kuantiti air asam jawa ikut semasam mana anda nak, kuantiti air ikut banyak mana kuah anda nak dan kuantiti kicap ikut semasin mana anda nak.

I remember being really addicted to V.C. Andrews after the PMR and I will go in and out of the library near my home to borrow all her books. I've stopped reading V.C. Andrews by the end of the school holiday. I got confused which character is in which book since the storyline is basically the same and I never have the desire to read V.C. Andrews ever again.

Currently reading : Pawn of Prophecy by David Eddings.
Started reading but now KIV : The Game of Kings by Dorothy Dunnett, The Broker by John Grisham and Breaking Dawn by Stephanie Mayer.
To read : The Wise Man's Fear by Patrick Rothfuss (will only be published in 2011).

Why KIV..err.. mula baca..pastu tinggal sebab bz buat benda lain..pastu lupa nak sambung tapi start baca buku lain.. Don't worry.. I'll continue reading all the 'KIV' books tapi x leh janji la bila akan habis..yang pasti akan habis..
